Francis LLC is proud to announce the election of Elizabeth Aidoo, CFP®, as the firm’s newest shareholder. Liz’s advancement reflects her outstanding work as a financial planner and in promoting diversity and inclusion – both within the Francis team and among its clients.
Before joining Francis, Liz graduated from Seton Hall University, then went on to teach internationally in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Turkey, and Ghana, experiences that deepened her passion for helping others while developing her fluency in Spanish.
Over nearly a decade since joining Francis, she stands among the firm’s foremost Financial Planners and mentors. Liz has also become one of the firm’s most visible faces, frequently speaking at national events on inclusive financial planning and enhancing workplace culture. She also leads Francis’ Workplace Excellence Committee and its Spanish Language Services Group, initiatives central to the firm’s commitment to enhancing financial literacy and access to financial wellness for all.
